Step 1: Create a form on Tally

1. Go to https://tally.so/, register an account and set up a form

2. Copy the link from tally

• IF you want to link to a full page, copy the share link (see below)

• IF you want to embed as part of the website (e.g. pop-up), copy the embed link under “Embed Form”

Note that if you want to embed using custom code by copy and pasting “Get the code” to our website, you’ll need to use a different feature here [Link to a separate help doc]

Step 2: Connect your form to TheFlowOps website

• If you want to add your form in navigation bar 

Let's say you want your “contact us” button to link to the form you created.

On our dashboard

1. Edit navigation bar

2. Copy and paste the Tally link

3. Save changes

4. Test that it works

• If you want to add your form on your homepage’s footer

1. Click “Edit” on Homepage

2. Go to Edit Content and Layout

3. Click Contact Us

4. Update Contact Us Link
