TheFlowOps considers your privacy important and wants to handle your personal data in a safe way. This Privacy Statement explains what personal information we collect and how we use and protect it.
TheFlowOps makes software for fitness instructors to book a space to run their fitness classes or 1:1 sessions. Customers or clients of the fitness instructors have the possibility to register and deregister for classes. TheFlowOps collects data from fitness instructors and their customers. This is necessary for the software to work.
The legal relationship between you and TheFlowOps is governed by Singapore law and our Terms and Conditions. In addition, General Data Protection Regulation applies to the processing of personal data.
TheFlowOps only processes personal data insofar as it is necessary for the operation of its software. Personal data will only be processed for the following purposes:

TheFlowOps asks for business data to verify and confirm that a valid legal entity exists for partners who want to list a space with us, this includes but is not limited to any non-profit organisation, government bodies or private entities. We think it is important that TheFlowOps listens to the wishes of all partners, fitness instructors and clients. We therefore constantly work on improving the software. To this end, in addition to personal data, we also store anonymous data about the users of our software. This information cannot be traced back to the personal level, and helps us to:
TheFlowOps will only share studio data if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, and only with permission.
TheFlowOps will never sell personal details of studios, teachers or yogis. TheFlowOps only shares information with third parties with prior permission, unless bound by law.
TheFlowOps reserves the right to transfer (parts of) data in the event of a transfer of ownership, for example through a merger or takeover. If information is provided to the acquiring company, TheFlowOps will endeavor to inform the partners and fitness instructors of this, for example by email or by a message on TheFlowOps website.
A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser by a website you visit. Cookies helps TheFlowOps remember information about your visit such as a preferred language, and offers the possibility to store login data so that you do not have to enter it every time.
TheFlowOps also uses cookies to analyze how its website is used. We use Google Analytics for this. This way we know how many visitors our website has, and which are the landing pages. This way, we can analyze, for example, how effective our marketing campaigns have been. This data contains no personal data and cannot be traced back to individuals.
The use of cookies is completely safe. No personal information, such as a telephone number or an email address, can be retrieved from cookies. Cookies can not be extracted and used, for instance, for email or telemarketing campaigns.

You have the right to view your personal data processed by TheFlowOps. You can correct and delete it unless TheFlowOps cannot grant you access due to legal obligations.
Partners data
TheFlowOps stores data of partners in an encrypted database. After terminating an account with TheFlowOps, you have the right to request and view your data. It is also possible to continue your account with TheFlowOps on re-registration based on your old data. Upon request, TheFlowOps can permanently delete the data, so that it can no longer be retrieved.
Fitness instructors data
TheFlowOps stores data of fitness instructors in an encrypted database. With a name and email address, an instructor can create a profile as a fitness instructor to book a space and run classes. Upon verifying that you have a valid certification to teach, we also stores your certification for re-verification purposes. At the request of a fitness instructor, TheFlowOps can permanently delete these data when you terminate an account with TheFlowOps. The email address is encrupted in TheFlowOps database and may be shared with our partners when you book a space so they can contact you to collect payments.
Customers/clients data
TheFlowOps concludes a processor agreement with each fitness instructors. This agreement stipulates that the fitness instructor is the processor of the customer/client data. TheFlowOps can remove the profile completely on request.
We may change this Privacy Policy. If we make substantial changes, we will provide notice.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this page. TheFlowOps may update this Privacy Policy at any time and any changes will be effective upon posting. By accessing or using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Please refer back to this Privacy Policy on a regular basis, so that you are aware of changes.
