Understand your dashboard

Congratulations! Your account is ready, and you're now in your creative space. Take a moment to explore your dashboard—this is where all the magic happens.

The TheFlowOps dashboard is a site's management space where you can create, customize, and manage every aspect of your website. Access all the site settings and information and manage your website from one centralized place. The dashboard is only visible to you while creating your website.

Site tab

In the Site tab of the dashboard you can see an overview of your websites. Click the create button to create a new website, or hover over to the canvas to edit your existing site. If your website is published, a “live” tag will appear on the right bottom corner of your canvas, if it is not published, “draft” tag will be shown.

Retreat Venues tab

The Retreat Venues tab is a marketplace for users to view and list all the retreats offering from TheFlowOps users, fully functioning will be available in a later stage.

Settings tab

The Settings tab is where you update all the settings for your site including:

General Info:

• Subscription Plan: Make changes to your subscription plan anytime.

• Logo: Update your brand logo. Your logo will automatically appear on all retreat pages. To ensure a professional look, it is recommended to upload your logo in svg or png file with Square: 1200 x 1200 pixels. Minimum logo size: 128 x 128 pixels. Maximum file size: 5120 KB.

• Site Name: Change the site name of your website.

Checkout Setup:

• Payment Option: Bank Transfer: Update bank transfer instructions where your customer needs to know when paying for your wellness services.

• Payment Option: Card Payments: Connect with our payment partner, Stripe to integrate this payment option. Connecting Stripe allows you to securely collect payments straight to your account in just a few clicks.

• Terms and conditions: Update the crucial things your customers must accept when purchasing your wellness services.
