Business Development Analyst

As our Business Development Analyst, you’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and product teams to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue acceleration. You’ll bring insights, uncover trends, and help us prioritize high-impact opportunities.This role is ideal for someone with a background in business development, partnerships, or growth at a high-growth startup who’s eager to build from 0 to 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities

• Evaluate lead quality and conversion metrics to improve sales processes

• Build models to forecast revenue, customer acquisition, and ROI on business development initiatives

• Support partnership development by identifying and qualifying potential collaborators (e.g., digital agencies, professional associations, B2B channels)

• Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders on business performance and pipeline health

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategic goals with actionable plans

• Monitor and report on key metrics to evaluate success of BD campaigns and recommend optimization strategies

Requirements

• Based in the United States (required)

• 2+ years of experience in business development, strategy, sales operations, or market analysis, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment

• Highly analytical with strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias for action

• Bonus: Familiarity with scheduling tools, appointment-based services, or website builders
