Job Description:
We’re looking for our first Community Manager to build and nurture a vibrant ecosystem of wellness entrepreneurs who are growing their business with TheFlowOps. This is a strategic and highly interactive role that will shape how we engage, educate, and empower our users. You’ll be the voice of our brand within the community—and the voice of the community within our team. From launching our first digital community to curating member-led content and organizing live events, you'll play a critical role in making our users feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in community building, creator marketing, or customer engagement who’s excited to build meaningful relationships at scale and turn our users into advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Strategy: Design and implement our community strategy across platforms (Slack, Circle, Discord—your call), with a focus on user engagement, education, and retention.
Member Onboarding & Engagement: Welcome new users, spark conversation, and keep the community buzzing through regular check-ins, prompts, and programming.
Events & Programming: Organize and host virtual events such as workshops, AMAs, and panel discussions that create value and connection for our users.
Content & Storytelling: Surface and spotlight community voices—via interviews, case studies, and member spotlights—to build social proof and celebrate wins.
Feedback Loop: Be the bridge between our users and the product team—collect insights, flag feature requests, and ensure the community feels heard.
Growth & Advocacy: Develop programs that encourage referrals, testimonials, and user-generated content—helping turn loyal users into active evangelists.
Requirements:
A few years of experience managing online communities, creator networks, or customer success at a SaaS or product-led company.
Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to build trust, drive engagement, and keep the energy high.
Empathy and people-first thinking. You love listening to user stories, solving problems, and creating delightful experiences.
Comfortable with community tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, Circle, Discord, Notion, Zoom).
A natural host and connector—you’re excited by the idea of bringing people together and making them feel like they belong.
Bonus if you’ve worked in wellness, coaching, or the creator space and already understand our audience’s mindset and needs.
