Key Account Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our most valuable customers. You will help them extract the most value from our platform, understand their needs, and turn them into long-term partners and advocates.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building trusted advisor relationships.
Drive adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities within key accounts.
Proactively identify clients’ business challenges and provide strategic solutions using our platform.
Collaborate with product and our in-house no-code developers to ensure customers’ feedback is heard and acted upon.
Host regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure they are achieving their goals.
Track and report on account health, usage metrics, and expansion opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in a SaaS or tech environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
Experience managing a portfolio of high-value B2B clients.
Comfort with using CRM tools and analyzing customer data.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
