Job Description
We’re looking for our first Customer Support Specialist to be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our users. This is a key role where you’ll ensure every customer interaction feels helpful, supportive, and empowering. From managing support tickets to improving our knowledge base and spotting trends in user feedback, you’ll play a critical part in building trust and keeping our users happy.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer support, client success, or operations who’s excited to help people solve problems and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
Manage support requests via Zendesk.
Provide timely, clear, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries.
Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical concerns when needed.
Build and maintain our knowledge base with FAQs and help articles.
Collect and share feedback with the product team to drive improvements.
Proactively look for opportunities to create a smooth, delightful user experience.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, ideally at a SaaS or product-led company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you know how to explain solutions clearly and with empathy.
Strong organizational skills; you can juggle multiple tickets without losing track.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom is a plus.
Bonus if you’ve supported wellness professionals, creators, or small business owners before.
