Job Description:
We’re looking for our first Partnership Manager to build and scale high-impact relationships that drive revenue, reach, and long-term brand value. This is a strategic and outward-facing role with the potential to evolve into a senior leadership position. You’ll start by identifying and signing strategic partners—whether they’re creators, studios, platforms, or communities—and work cross-functionally to turn those relationships into business results. Over time, you’ll develop a scalable partnerships program that blends acquisition, activation, and co-marketing. This role is ideal for someone with a background in business development, partnerships, or growth at a high-growth startup who’s eager to build from 0 to 1.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy: Define and execute our partnerships roadmap—identify key opportunities, evaluate potential partners, and create a framework for assessing impact and fit.
Relationship Building: Source, pitch, and close partnerships that expand distribution, create new revenue channels, or bring value to our users. From early conversations to signed deals, you’ll own it.
Partner Enablement: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support to ensure partners are fully equipped to succeed—from onboarding flows to co-marketing assets.
Growth-Driven Campaigns: Launch joint initiatives that drive measurable impact—like webinars, content collaborations, referral programs, and integrations.
Market Intelligence: Stay close to the ecosystem—whether it’s tech, design, or creator tools—and keep the team informed on trends, competitive moves, and new opportunities.
Requirements:
A few years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth—ideally at a SaaS or product-led company.
A proven track record of sourcing and managing successful partner relationships that drive user acquisition or revenue.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills—you can align incentives, navigate complexity, and make a compelling case.
Strategic thinking paired with operational rigor. You can build a scalable playbook but aren’t afraid to get into the weeds and make things happen.
A collaborative, curious mindset—you’re energized by working across teams and finding creative win-win solutions.
Bonus if you’ve worked in design, creator, or no-code ecosystems and already have strong networks in the space.
